Supra Scan 577

Supra Scan 577 is a 577nm yellow laser with treatment settings varying from traditional to pattern scanning and subthreshold retina laser therapies. Utilizing less power during treatment and achieving excellent combined absorption by both melanin and oxyhemoglobin ± Supra Scan ­s 577 ­s wavelength is IDEAL for penetrating cataracts and hazy media. Additionally, the system is capable of performing MicroPulse ´ (TM Iridex corp), a tissue-sparing treatment mode that segments laser delivery into a sequence of extremely short, microsecond pulses. Supra Scan works with a wide range of delivery systems (slit lamp adapters, LIO ­s and endoprobes) and is compatible with Haag Streit style slit lamps.
